I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is great, right on the beach, and the second room I stayed in was significantly quieter. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly and efficient, which made my stay more pleasant. However, I faced some issues with the first room that didn't have air conditioning and was a bit unsafe, plus there were noisy crows nearby. Overall, this resort has potential, but improvements are needed in the rooms.

I felt misled since they had surely known about the issues with the property much earlier. The service in handling my reservation and refund was a nightmare. However, the location of their sister hotel was peaceful and less touristy, which I appreciated. The beach huts looked charming, and the cleanliness was commendable, although the dining didn't meet my expectations as I was looking forward to something better.
