I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is great, right on the beach, and the second room I stayed in was significantly quieter. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly and efficient, which made my stay more pleasant. However, I faced some issues with the first room that didn't have air conditioning and was a bit unsafe, plus there were noisy crows nearby. Overall, this resort has potential, but improvements are needed in the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at the resort. The beach huts were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water. The location right on the beach was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, although the dining options could use some variety. Overall, it was an excellent value for money, and I can't wait to return.

My experience with this hotel started on the wrong foot when they cancelled my booking just two days before my arrival. I felt misled since they had surely known about the issues with the property much earlier. The service in handling my reservation and refund was a nightmare. However, the location of their sister hotel was peaceful and less touristy, which I appreciated. The beach huts looked charming, and the cleanliness was commendable, although the dining didn't meet my expectations as I was looking forward to something better.
